Tegnologie en die mens

Abstract

People today live in a world of rapid technological change,
that evolves from people themselves: change influences both individuals
and organizations and the greater the implications and results of change
- the greater the resistance to it. Organizations have to be aware of
the tried behavioural science techniques and methods of handling change,
in order to implement it successfully. This also includes the South
African Defence Force.
