Abstract

Met die argeologiese opgrawings sedert Desember 1982 in die Tugelavallei wat die herwinning en bewaring van kultuur-historiese reste van die vroeer ystertydperk mense (die Proto Swartman) van Suider Afrika behels, het die SA Weermag die eerste keer in sy militere geskiedenis aktief betrokke geraak by 'n projek van die aard en is daar sodoende geskiedenis gemaak.
